Warehousing / Packing

We provide compact and sturdy cardboard packing with shrink-wrapped. The boxes are clearly labeled for proper identification. All parts are presented in sturdy uniform boxes with easily identifiable labels. We use sea worthy fumigated pallets.

Our range of chassis parts boxes are labeled with the part number. As per our buyers requirements these chassis boxes are labeled with dominant and all other competitor's numbers along with a UPC code.

The bulk of our chassis line fits in seven box sizes. This is of great value to our clients while producing a plan-o-gram for each store's inventory.

Our packaging system use a "pop-up" carton with the parts pre-assembled and enclosed in a polybag to ensure that no parts are lost. We make sure that all these parts have a longer shelf-life.

Most of our product is installed by our team of professional mechanics. We do not put installation instructions or application problem with the part.

Apart from these we also provide "Private Label" packaging, for which we charge a one-time cost for the artwork and film etc. We cater services to the customers' specific requirements of special designing and packaging developments to meet their requirements. In case if our supply contract is terminated, we billed our customers for any remaining inventory of boxes and shipped those boxes to them within a short time frame.
